My life is rooted in small business: My dad was a business owner. He built his own CPA practice alongside committed employees—two who stuck with him for 28 and 41 years! I saw firsthand how a great culture can support growth and people and how important small business is to communities. So when I started my own career, I was drawn to supporting that. I earned a degree in organizational psychology and came to EMyth as a coach in 1996. In the many years since, I’ve mentored hundreds of small business owners worldwide—both one on one and through group sessions.
As a coach, I’m curious about my clients, about the behaviors and motivations that have gotten their business to where it is. And I work to help them think differently and imagine new possibilities and better, more impactful outcomes. I’m passionate about providing the support and guidance that allow them to transform their vision and goals into the business and life they want.
