While the Personal Data is processed in another jurisdiction it may be accessible by the courts, law enforcement and national security authorities in accordance with the laws in that country. By providing any Data or using the Website and Service, User expressly hereby consents to such processing and transfer.

Retention time

Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for.

  • Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Owner and the User shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed.
  • Personal Data collected for the purposes of the Owner’s legitimate interests shall be retained as long as needed to fulfill such purposes. Facebook permissions asked by this Website

With the User’s consent, the Owner may assist User in connecting with ECCs for the benefit of the User (“Matchmaking Service”) and disclose such User’s Personal Data with ECCs to facilitate the ECC Services and as needed to carry out the Owner’s obligation to such User.  A User may withdraw such User’s consent at any time by following the steps outlined on the Website or contacting us using the contact information provided at the beginning of this document.
