She is also a published author, a trainer in the corporate world, and has launched, built, and sold three of her own successful businesses. Across multiple industries, from solopreneurs to Fortune 500 CEOs, and hundreds of clients, she has successfully guided high-performing business owners, entrepreneurs, leaders, and creatives to achieve unprecedented levels of performance and greater alignment with vision and purpose.
Tricia’s passion is helping CEOs and their leadership teams to clarify their strategic plan, expand leadership skills, develop finance and operating systems, hone client experience, and innovate their company cultures in profound ways so that their businesses scale in both profitability and impact. While at the same time, they shape new perspectives about self, life and business for greater abundance, joy, and connection.
Tricia earned her bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University and her master’s degree from University of California San Diego, as well as holds many different certifications in team building, culture, coaching, and mentoring. She lives in Ashland, Oregon and enjoys cooking, teaching, gardening, and exploring the world.
