I became an EMyth Coach because I believe business is one of the most powerful vehicles for community change and personal growth. What I love most about the EMyth approach is how its principles ripple outward, creating transformation not only in how we lead our teams but also in how we show up in every area of life.
Having experienced the challenges of business ownership firsthand, I understand the overwhelm of wearing every hat while trying to grow and sustain a vision. Before becoming an EMyth Coach, I worked across publishing, content creation, branding, and digital marketing, supporting founders and organizations in clarifying their message and building systems and programs for sustainable growth. I’ve coached creatives, managers, business owners, and executives, including within a venture capital firm, and I facilitate process groups that strengthen emotional intelligence and communication.
I hold a BS in Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies, am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), and a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
